Root to Rise is a 6-month apprenticeship for women ready to step into their power as facilitators of sacred spaces. This journey is for those who feel called to hold space for healing, ceremony, and transformation—whether through plant medicine, women’s circles, or sacred rituals.
At the heart of this initiation is deep, hands-on experience in co-facilitating sacred gatherings, mentorship to strengthen your unique gifts, and a community of like-hearted women walking this path with you. Through personalized guidance, experiential training, and immersion in ceremony, you will cultivate the confidence, wisdom, and tools to guide others on their healing journey.

5. Integration & resources
You’ll have access to a selection of resources that deepen your understanding of the priestess path and sacred divine leadership. This includes foundational tools like the Enneagram, which will help you gain insight into your personality, core motivations, and areas of growth as a facilitator.
6. Unlimited Support & Guidance
1 Administration Sessions (4-8 Hours | Licensed Service Center)
2 Preparation Sessions (1 Hour | Zoom)
1 Integration Sessions (1 Hour | Zoom)
This apprenticeship goes beyond theory; it’s about immersing yourself in the real-world practice of sacred facilitation. You are invited to a variety of twelve in-person sacred ceremonies where you will develop practical, hands-on facilitation skills. As you step into the role of space-holder, you’ll learn the sacred art of creating and holding safe, healing environments for others.

4. Shadow work and co-Facilitation
Hands-on learning experience in group facilitation. Participants will have the opportunity to shadow and co-facilitate a variety of events, including both psilocybin and non-psilocybin gatherings. This immersive approach offers practical skills, deeper insight, and real-time guidance in holding space for transformative group experiences.
