Awaken the Divine is a sacred Beltane psilocybin retreat for 8 women, held in late April to celebrate the flourishing energy of spring. Centered around ceremony, meditation, sound, and movement, this retreat invites spiritual awakening, heart-opening, and embodied feminine presence. I participated in a recent Women’s retreat with Sarah and Jaime this month and it was an extraordinary experience. It was my first time trying psilocybin assisted therapy and I was nervous, but Sarah and Jaime prepared us well. The seven other participants and I were enveloped in warmth, care, and deep preparation for the journey. They created a loving and peaceful space where the eight of us could relax and reflect and nurture ourselves. I couldn’t have felt more safe during the journey. While the journey itself was very personal, I can’t imagine having had the experience outside of what was a truly supportive community. Both Sarah and Jaime readily and generously shared their hearts and gifts with us; I felt like I fully belonged. I have indeed changed, and am in touch with the Divine thanks to the medicine and the loving guidance of Sarah and Jaime.
