A Monthly Mini-Journey for Renewal & Connection
Are you a mother, nurturer, or caregiver in need of your own restoration? Mycelia Moms is a monthly low-dose ceremony designed to replenish your energy, deepen your connection, and create space for self-care in a supportive community.
This 3-hour guided experience weaves together meditation, a gentle psilocybin microdosing practice, and facilitated group sharing. Through intentional reflection, you’ll release stress, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself and other like-hearted women walking this path.
As a giver, you deserve to receive. Step into a sacred space where you are held, honored, and renewed.
Mycelia Moms Meetup welcomes moms of all backgrounds. Whether you are nurturing young children or your kids have grown and left the nest, there is a place for you here. We embrace mothers who often feel overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life and are yearning for a sense of belonging and purpose beyond their immediate family. They are curious about natural and holistic practices, including the benefits of microdosing mushrooms, and are eager to learn more in a safe and supportive environment.
These women value deep, authentic connections and are motivated to improve their well-being and uplift and empower others within a like-minded community. They seek a nurturing space where they can explore personal growth, share their journey, and contribute to a sustainable future for themselves and their families.
Join a circle of like-hearted mothers and caregivers devoted to self-care, personal growth, and collective healing. Here, you can:
Share your journey and insights in a safe, nurturing space
Deepen your connection to plant medicine and holistic practices
Build meaningful relationships within a supportive community
Cultivate balance, renewal, and resilience for yourself and those you nurture
Each month we gather under a theme, asking you to explore a central question.

The doses used in our microdosing meetups are small, typically around one-fifth of a standard dose. The goal is to evoke subtle effects that enhance mood, creativity, and focus. However, even at 5 mg, it's possible to experience profound journeys that offer deep openings, healing, and connection.
back
One of the primary benefits of microdosing is that it allows you to continue with your regular daily activities. You'll likely notice a gentle boost in overall well-being without experiencing any impairment or significant changes in perception. However, some individuals may feel the effects more strongly and might need to rest afterward.
back
No prior experience is necessary to participate in our meetup. We welcome both beginners and those who have previous experience with microdosing. Our sessions are designed to provide support and guidance, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and informed. We will cover the basics of microdosing, including its potential benefits, safety considerations, and how to listen to your body to find the right dose for you.
back
During our meetup, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we discuss our experiences, share insights, and provide education about microdosing. We will begin with a brief introduction to microdosing, followed by a guided session to help you set your intentions. There will be time for group discussions, questions, and sharing personal stories. Our goal is to create a community where you can connect, learn, and support each other on your microdosing journey.

Psilocybin, a naturally occurring compound in certain mushrooms, has shown promise for personal and spiritual growth when used responsibly. The safety of a psilocybin experience largely depends on the context in which it is used, including the setting and the individual’s mindset. A controlled and supportive environment, along with proper guidance, can significantly enhance safety and the potential benefits.
However, psilocybin may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with severe mental health conditions or those on certain medications. It's essential to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure it's appropriate for you. Additionally, psilocybin's legal status varies by location, so be sure to adhere to local laws. When used with care and professional support, psilocybin can be a valuable tool for healing and transformation.

I'm grateful to have witnessed this sacred space, the connection it creates, and my own sense of self... It has given my soul the enrichment I was craving and helped me tremendously on my journey of self-love and healing. Most importantly, Sarah has created this space where every woman is seen, heard, and appreciated for exactly who they are. Its there that I've realize how powerful we can be when we support and lift each other up in community and every day. I will forever be grateful.

I would highly recommend Sarah. When I met her I had gone through so much loss and grief in my life. I felt stuck and in a rut and needed some guidance back to me and who I am at my core. She has facilitated such amazing change and growth in my life since I started working with her. She provided me with the tools and knowledge to help me move forward and find myself again. How to heal, how to let go, how to find my courage again after everything I had been through. It’s been life changing and I can’t thank her enough.

My experience with Sarah was beyond profound and she was able to expand my mind even further in a way that amplified my journey. Her ability to not only listen to what you’re saying but hear what you’re not saying and intertwine those like a master, is truly an art of awe. My journey felt so safe and protected by her and she was able to make my messaging even more abundant through her mastery of this medicine and her committed connection to the individual’s needs, concerns, and unique path. But most importantly her brilliance with integration was poetic. Her gifts are immeasurable and not comparable, a true oracle of the medicine.
