Healing for Healers is open to all healers, space holders, and caregivers—whether you work in allopathic medicine, holistic health, alternative therapies, or healing in everyday life. If you identify as a healer, this space is for you.
This gathering is designed for those who:
Feel stretched thin by the demands of caregiving and healing work
Seek restoration, balance, and a deeper connection with themselves and others
Are curious about microdosing psilocybin and its benefits for emotional well-being and creativity
Value holistic healing, mindfulness, and conscious community
Whether you’re new to psilocybin microdosing or have years of experience, you’ll find a safe, supportive, and inclusive space to explore, integrate, and grow.
Each month we gather under a theme, asking you to explore a central question.
May's Theme: Awakening Desire & Purpose
As the earth blooms around us, Beltane invites us to awaken our own inner fire—reclaiming joy, vitality, and the sacred spark of creativity.
Reflection Questions for May:
Where am I being called to reignite my passion/vitality?
What brings me joy purely for the sake of joy—and how can I welcome more of that into my life?

The doses used in our microdosing meetups are small, typically around one-fifth of a standard dose. The goal is to evoke subtle effects that enhance mood, creativity, and focus. However, even at 5 mg, it's possible to experience profound journeys that offer deep openings, healing, and connection.
back
One of the primary benefits of microdosing is that it allows you to continue with your regular daily activities. You'll likely notice a gentle boost in overall well-being without experiencing any impairment or significant changes in perception. However, some individuals may feel the effects more strongly and might need to rest afterward.
back
No prior experience is necessary to participate in our meetup. We welcome both beginners and those who have previous experience with microdosing. Our sessions are designed to provide support and guidance, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and informed. We will cover the basics of microdosing, including its potential benefits, safety considerations, and how to listen to your body to find the right dose for you.
back
During our meetup, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we discuss our experiences, share insights, and provide education about microdosing. We will begin with a brief introduction to microdosing, followed by a guided session to help you set your intentions. There will be time for group discussions, questions, and sharing personal stories. Our goal is to create a community where you can connect, learn, and support each other on your microdosing journey.

Psilocybin, a naturally occurring compound in certain mushrooms, has shown promise for personal and spiritual growth when used responsibly. The safety of a psilocybin experience largely depends on the context in which it is used, including the setting and the individual’s mindset. A controlled and supportive environment, along with proper guidance, can significantly enhance safety and the potential benefits.
However, psilocybin may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with severe mental health conditions or those on certain medications. It's essential to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure it's appropriate for you. Additionally, psilocybin's legal status varies by location, so be sure to adhere to local laws. When used with care and professional support, psilocybin can be a valuable tool for healing and transformation.

Client Love
I would highly recommend Sarah. When I met her I had gone through so much loss and grief in my life. I felt stuck and in a rut and needed some guidance back to me and who I am at my core. She has facilitated such amazing change and growth in my life since I started working with her. She provided me with the tools and knowledge to help me move forward and find myself again. How to heal, how to let go, how to find my courage again after everything I had been through. It’s been life changing and I can’t thank her enough.
