November invites us to open our hearts to the spirit of gratitude, honoring the blessings that shape our lives. Yet true gratitude cannot exist without grief. They are two sides of the same coin, born from love. Grief cracks us open, allowing us to feel the depth of our connection. Gratitude softens those cracks, filling them with light. Together, they create balance.
This month, we gather to welcome both the loss and the love. In sacred space, we’ll explore how grief and gratitude can coexist as pathways to healing, wholeness, and grace.
Come take a gentle low-dose psilocybin journey with us!
We will begin by grounding into presence with a brief meditation and shared intention-setting. We will then open the sacred ceremony and invite you to lie down, get comfortable, and begin your personal exploration with the medicine. The journey itself lasts about 90 minutes and is supported by a soundscape of ceremonial music and sound bath elements. This is a time to turn inward.
We’ll close with a ritual honoring both grief and gratitude before transitioning into soup and social hour.

My experience with Sarah was beyond profound and she was able to expand my mind even further in a way that amplified my journey. Her ability to not only listen to what you’re saying but hear what you’re not saying and intertwine those like a master, is truly an art of awe. She was able to help me expand upon my intention in a way that no other could have, enabling a deeper journey into my consciousness and healing. In the interviews I felt heard and seen and her genuine interest of me, her ability to hold space, tune into my needs, and offer a perspective of great insight, felt magical. My journey felt so safe and protected by her and she was able to make my messaging even more abundant through her mastery of this medicine and her committed connection to the individual’s needs, concerns, and unique path. But most importantly her brilliance with integration was poetic. Her gifts are immeasurable and not comparable, a true oracle of the medicine.
