I attended the “Awaken the Divine” retreat unacquainted yet curious to the Divine Feminine and plant medicine, and Jamie and Sarah were the most amazing, soulful facilitators to alchemize this journey of self. From preparation through integration, their dedication, wisdom, support, and warmth created a safe and sacred space to share, honor ceremony, manifest intention, and develop at your own pace. The meals were synesthetic—locally sourced, beautifully prepared, and made with so much love! The accommodations were comfortable with plenty of room to interact or quietly reflect. Our circle connected authentically and created community through guided activities and yoga, and our range of emotions/abilities were welcomed and encouraged. The inner trek was profound and transformative, and the surrounding sense of support was undeniable. I left the retreat full of gratitude and possibility, accepting the invitation to cultivate the Divine Feminine into my life, and looking forward to the rippling effect of the experience. Joining a retreat organized by Jamie & Sarah is holistically recommended and essential.

My path to becoming a healer started with hitting rock bottom.
In 2015, as a mother of two young children, my life cracked open when I suddenly found myself a single mom. The grief, the shock, the unraveling of everything I thought was solid. It brought me to my knees.
And yet, in that rupture, I found something I never expected: myself.
Through deep inner work, plant medicine, sacred ritual, and radical self-acceptance, I didn’t just heal, I awakened. I reclaimed the parts of me buried under obligation and self-doubt, and reconnected with my intuition, my body, and my divine feminine power.
Now I guide women through their own homecoming.
Through sacred ceremony, plant and sound medicine, and immersive women’s circle experiences, I help women shed what isn’t theirs, awaken their inner wisdom, and step into their power. I know what it feels like to be lost. And I know what it takes to find your way back.
This is the heart I bring into every circle I lead. I’ve held space for hundreds of women and witnessed their lives transform from the inside out.
Because the true medicine is the circle.
In the circle, we remember we are not alone.
In the circle, we come home to ourselves.
In the circle, we return to Earth wisdom.

I participated in a recent Women’s retreat with Sarah and Jaime this month and it was an extraordinary experience. It was my first time trying psilocybin assisted therapy and I was nervous, but Sarah and Jaime prepared us well. The seven other participants and I were enveloped in warmth, care, and deep preparation for the journey. They created a loving and peaceful space where the eight of us could relax and reflect and nurture ourselves. I couldn’t have felt more safe during the journey. While the journey itself was very personal, I can’t imagine having had the experience outside of what was a truly supportive community.
